Care for the places in your home where water sits.
We look after kitchens, bathrooms, washrooms and toilets by attending to the surfaces water actually touches — where limescale forms, where soap residue builds, and where mould begins before it's visible. Every visit is organised by water area, the way most households already think about the work.

What we take care of, and why it's arranged this way
Kitchens and bathrooms in Japanese homes tend to develop the same three conditions over time: limescale where water evaporates on fittings, soap residue on surfaces that see daily contact, and mould in the joints and corners that stay damp longest. Each responds to a different method, and each surface — artificial marble, stainless steel, resin, coated panels — needs to be treated on its own terms.
Rather than a general wipe-down, we identify what's actually present in your kitchen or bathroom and match the method to it. You get a written note afterward on what we found and what to use between visits.
- —Methods chosen by surface material, not a single all-purpose approach
- —Attention to drainage traps, seals and joints where problems begin
- —A written note on conditions found, left with you after each visit
The deposit guide
Three conditions account for most of what accumulates in kitchens and bathrooms over time. Here is what each one is and how it's addressed.
Limescale
Forms where hard water evaporates repeatedly on the same surface — tap fittings, kettle areas, shower heads and drain covers.
Method: acid-appropriate descaling matched to the fitting's finish, followed by a protective rinse.
Soap residue
Builds on washbasins, bath units and shower panels through daily use, often mistaken for a permanent dullness in the surface.
Method: surface-matched degreasing that lifts residue without dulling coated or resin finishes.
Mould growth
Begins in sealant joints, door rails and ventilation covers — areas that stay damp longest after use.
Method: targeted treatment of joints and rails, with an anti-growth finish applied where appropriate.
